BDK advised the minority shareholder of KBC Corporate Finance d.o.o. in the acquisition of the remaining capital from KBC Securities NV for an undisclosed terms and amount. Upon closing the transaction, the name of the company was changed to Virtu Partners d.o.o. This deal was led by Vladimir Dašić.
