BDK, in cooperation with Allen & Overy, organized a one-day training course for BDK lawyers on International M&A. The course was led by A&O’s Ian Elder and featured lectures and case studies on structuring cross-border transactions, preliminary agreements, due diligence and drafting and negotiating international transactional documentation.
