BDK Advokati has assisted the third largest global tractor producer Indian TAFE in the acquisition of the assets of IMT Beograd in bankruptcy, including the trademarks and the location for the development of a new production plant. IMT used to be a major tractor producer in the Balkans before 1990’s when its demise started. It is expected that under TAFE’s management and know how, IMT brand will regain its reputation on the market.
TAFE is a part of the Indian conglomerate Amalgamation Group and the owner of the tractor brand Ferguson.
