BDK Advokati has advised Net Holding, a Turkish company operating in real estate, tourism and gaming industries, on the management agreements to operate two casinos in Montenegro – Casino Montenegro (Podgorica) and Casino Avala (Budva). The agreements were signed in December 2015 and the closing was in January and March 2016, respectively.
BDK team was led by the Senior Partner Vladimir Dašić and Managing Senior Associate Luka Popović.
BDK Advokati continues to assist Net Holding on various regulatory matters concerning the gaming business in Montenegro.
