BDK Advokati advises on EUR 500 million eurobond issuance by Republika Srpska

BDK Advokati and Nikolina Bajić Malinović, along with Linklaters as the lead counsel, advised Merrill Lynch International as Sole Lead Manager in connection with the offering of EUR 500 million global eurobond by Republika Srpska, a sub-sovereign entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is the second foreign currency bond offering by Republika Srpska on the London Stock Exchange. The bonds have a 5-year tenor and the coupon rate of 6.25% p.a.
