We’re pleased to share that our article, "Sixteen Years in the Making: A Closer Look at the Draft New Medicines Act", by our partner and head of Life sciences & Healthcare sector, Bisera Andrijašević, has been published in the 3nd edition of The Legal Industry Reviews | Serbia.
The piece examines Serbia's draft new Medicines Act following the close of public consultation in May 2026. It welcomes the reform of the marketing authorisation system, risk-based quality control, ex post supervision of advertising and further alignment with Clinical Trials Regulation, while identifying its shortcomings and the questions likely to prove contentious in practice.
