BDK’s nominated deal, financing of 104.5MW Kovačica Wind farm, is one of three finalists for the Deal of the Year Award launched by CEE Legal Matters. The competition extends to 17 different CEE countries.
Senior partners from leading firms in each CEE jurisdiction carefully reviewed the deals and ranked them based on complexity, size, and market significance. This resulted in a shortlist of three deals for each market. The winners will be selected after evaluation by the Final Selection Committee consisting of 16 prominent legal practitioners from across CEE.
The winners will be announced at the CEE Legal Matters Annual Dinner and Awards Banquet on 6 June 2018.
