BDK Advokati is once again among the top ranked law firms by Legal 500 EMEA. In the 2021 edition released on 14 April 2021, we are Tier 1 firm in Serbia in six practice areas – Banking and finance, Commercial, corporate and M&A, Competition, Dispute resolution, Projects and energy and Real estate and construction, and Tier 2 in Intellectual property and Employment.
We are especially proud on our Montenegrin practice which confirmed Tier 1 position in that jurisdiction, being the only Montenegrin office ranked as Tier 1 by all three major law firm directories: Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000 and Legal 500.
Our Bosnian practice is ranked as well.
All our partners are recognised as leading individuals in their respective fields, and two of them in more than one category: our managing partner Tijana Kojović maintains for a third year her ranking of leading individual in four practice areas: Banking and finance, Commercial, corporate and M&A, Competition and Dispute resolution, while senior partner Dragoljub Cibulić is once again leading individual in Projects and energy and Real estate and construction fields.
