BDK’s Head of IP Practice Bogdan Ivanišević and associate Ana Petković published an article in early April, in the Conference Special edition of the magazine IPPro The Internet. In “The battle of the bottles”, Ivanišević and Petković describe a judicial saga in which Gorki list licenciranje doo and Laroucci Voda Voda doo, producer and distributor of the bottled water VodaVoda, appear in multiple forums in Serbia fighting over the alleged infringement of the trademarks under which the water is sold.
