BDK Advokati advised Convex Holding from UK in connection with the sale of their remaining 49% share in Trizma d.o.o. to M Plus Croatia d.o.o, after the initial sale of 51% share back in 2018. Trizma is a call centre provider located in Serbia while M Plus Croatia d.o.o. is a regional player in the area of contact center services and direct marketing, specialized in telecommunications, TV, energy, banks, insurance and FMCG industries. The transaction also included acquisition of a minority share in M Plus Croatia d.o.o. by Convex Holding.
