BDK Advokati*, along with Allen & Overy as the lead counsel, has advised the joint lead managers in connection with the offering of EUR 300 million global eurobonds by Republika Srpska, a sub-sovereign entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is the first foreign currency bond offering by Republika Srpska on the London Stock Exchange and its second in international markets, following the 2018 eurobond listing on the Vienna Stock Exchange. The bonds have a 5-year tenor and the coupon rate is 4.75%.
