The Republic of North Macedonia has undertaken significant legislative reforms aimed at establishing a favourable legal framework for developing and constructing data centers as infrastructure facilities of strategic importance.

Serbia has recently initiated a public discussion over a Draft Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Act.
