BDK’s Head of IP Practice Bogdan Ivanišević and associate Ana Petković published an article in the magazine IPPro The Internet (issue no. 35, of 18 February 2014). The article, entitled “Frustrated freight forwarders”, explains that, while freight forwarders may not come into direct contact with the goods for which they arrange transport and customs clearance, Serbian courts nevertheless order them to pay for destruction of the counterfeit goods and to bear legal costs incurred by the successful plaintiff.
