Milica Basta, consultant in BDK Advokati’s Data Protection Practice, delivered on 26 and 27 October 2016 a training course to the audience made of professionals from the companies which provide telecommunication services in Serbia.
The training course was one in the series of seminars which Milica has held for the personal data controllers within a project launched earlier this year by the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Serbia’s DPA).
In her presentation to the representatives of internet providers, mobile operators, and other telecom companies, Milica addressed the requirements for lawful personal data processing as well as for data transfer abroad.
The other speaker at the training session was Ana Toskić, project manager in the non-governmental organization “Partners for Democratic Change Serbia”.
