David Vucinic

David is junior associate in BDK’s dispute resolution department.

He obtained his LL. B. in 2019. from the University of Belgrade, where he is currently pursuing his LL. M. He also works as Teaching Assistant of Criminal Law at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and is Deputy Editor-in-Chief of an international academic student journal Herald of Legal History, published by the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law.

As a student, he was laureate of an oratory competition organised by the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. At 26th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, he was proclaimed for 2nd best oralist of competition.

David is a member of the Serbian Arbitration Association.

David used to row. He is a marathon and ultra-marathon runner. In 2015, in category of 12 hour running he managed to run 93.6km, which positioned him on 5th place in World Ranking, age group MU23.

He has published articles in both domestic and international legal journals and publications on topics concerning criminal law and arbitration.

David is fluent in English.
