Luka has been managing BDK’s office in Montenegro since 2013 and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s Montenegrin work. He maintains special focus on gambling and hospitality sectors.
He has particular experience in advising on long-term land lease projects between the state and foreign investors and on concession projects. He advised the Government of Montenegro in the process of exit of Italian company A2A from EPCG, the largest state-owned enterprise in Montenegro.
Luka earned his LL.B. from the University of Belgrade in 2006, and he is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association. In 2021, Luka has been elected a member of the board of governors of American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro.
He is fluent in English.
