Rezolve AI has acquired EXLRT Group, a technology agency specialising in language, content and AI-driven solutions.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, EXLRT Group provides a broad range of consulting and technology services, including architecture design, web application development, systems integration, content solutions and AI-driven solutions. The group serves a strong portfolio of clients across the United States, the Netherlands and Serbia.

Rezolve AI is an industry leader in AI-powered solutions listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and focused on enhancing customer engagement, operational efficiency and revenue growth.

BDK Advokati acted as Serbian legal counsel to the sellers, while 9Corporate acted as lead legal counsel. BDK Advokati advised on the structuring and implementation of the Serbian aspects of the transaction, including the pre-closing steps of buyout of minority shareholders in EXLRT Group’s Serbian subsidiaries, and subsequent closing actions.
