CEE Legal Matters announced the finalists for the 2024 CEE Deals of the Year Awards.
Two deals BDK Advokati advised on in 2024 are shortlisted for the Deal of the Year: Aggreko’s Acquisition of Resalta in Serbia, and Merit Starlit 5-Star Hotel and Casino Construction in Montenegro. Aggreko’s Acquisition of Resalta, being a regional deal, is also shortlisted for Deal of the Year in Croatia and Slovenia.
The shortlist for each country is based on the votes of the Country Selection Committee jury members.
The winners will be selected by the Final Selection Committee and announced at the CEE Deals of the Year Banquet on 1 April 2025, in Prague.
