Biomin GmbH acquires all shares in Serbian VINFEED DOO, one of the leading Serbian distributors of animal nutrition products. Biomin GmbH is a member of the Austrian ERBER Group, a leading group of globally present companies active in the field of food and feed safety.
The deal was closed on 18 December 2019. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
