BDK Advokati announces the promotion of Saša Stojanović to partner and Bisera Andrijašević to senior associate.
Saša joined BDK Advokati in 2018 from the top Viennese law firm Eisenberger & Herzog as experienced M&A lawyer. He led several M&A transactions in the course of 2019 and proved himself as competent lawyer and excellent manager and leader, to the great satisfaction of the clients and the colleagues.
Bisera has been a member of BDK’s competition and LSH teams since 2015, serving our clients equally in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her deep expertise in competition law matters in general, and in the special State aid niche in particular, as well as her contribution to the development of BDK’s pharma practice, earned her this promotion.
