Neftys Pharma, a France-based distribution platform specializing in animal health products, has acquired a majority stake in the DDL Group, a Croatian wholesaler of veterinary pharmaceuticals, pet food and supplements, and veterinary equipment. The transaction includes DDL Zagreb, Linevet and Vetline, and further strengthens Neftys Pharma’s presence in the wholesale and distribution of veterinary products and animal nutrition across Southeast Europe.
