Tijana Kojović, our managing partner and head of Dispute Resolution, participated last week in GAR Live: Vienna 2025. Tijana took part in the Oxford Union style debate, advocating for the motion “Resisting the use of AI tools in arbitration – particularly in quantum – is no longer tenable in a data-driven legal practice”. Although held in a mock format and with humour appropriate for the setup, the debate generated valuable insights into how various aspects of the arbitral process can already be enhanced through the responsible use of AI tools by parties, experts, and arbitrators.
