BDK Advokati advised Vet Planet Clinic on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Belgrade-based animal healthcare institution Pet-Vet Care.
Vet Planet Clinic is part of Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), a leading independent private equity firm in South Eastern Europe with an extensive investment track record in human healthcare, dental services, and veterinary clinics.
This transaction represents the second acquisition in the veterinary sector on which BDK Advokati has advised PCP.
BDK’s M&A team was led by Vladimir Dašić, senior partner and head of BDK’s M&A practice, who was assisted by junior associate Petar Erić. Senior associate Marija Gligorević advised on employment-related aspects of the transaction.
