Tijana Kojović, partner at BDK, presented at the Greenhouse Investments Conference a legal review of the current and new capital markets legislation regarding issuing and investing in bond instruments. The event brought together regulators, local bond issuers seeking investment and institution together with western capital, which allowed for a platform for debate on the opportunities and mechanisms to access valuable sources of development capital.
Tijana’s co-panelists included representatives from Serbia’s Ministry of Finance, the National Bank of Serbia and the Serbian Securities Commission. The event was organized by Greenhouse Investments, United Kingdom.
