Vladimir heads BDK’s M&A practice. He has advised on the most prominent regional M&A deals in a variety of industries over the last 20 years. Vladimir regularly represents private equity clients, multinational companies and private clients in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, minority and majority JV investments, carve-outs and divestitures.
Vladimir is ranked by Legal 500 within the Hall of Fame category for Corporate, Commercial and M&A practice areas in Serbia. Chambers and Partners and IFLR1000 also rank Vladimir for Corporate Commercial and Financial and Corporate practices, respectively. Vladimir is an active member of the International Bar Association in M&A and Startups.
