On 15 December 2017, Ana Jankov and Bogdan Ivanišević hosted a meetup on flexible forms of work, in an avant-garde space of ICT Hub in downtown Belgrade. The event gathered HR and in-house lawyers from leading Serbian companies.
Ana opened the event with an introduction about the ever-topical distinction between employee and self-employed status, and provided an overview of the most recent domestic and foreign court practice relevant to this matter. Bogdan followed with discussing the protection of copyright and patents created within and outside employment. In a lively debate that ensued, the attendees exchanged opinions and shared their companies’ experience.
