Relja Radović

Relja’s work in the firm is focused on commercial arbitration and litigation, investment protection arbitration and litigation, and human rights and constitutional litigation.

In addition to representing commercial clients, Relja leads the firm’s Human Rights Protection & Litigation practice and pro bono service.

Relja holds a PhD in Law from the University of Luxembourg, an Advanced LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University, an LLM and an LLB from the University of Novi Sad.

Relja regularly speaks at academic and professional conferences in the field of international dispute resolution and publishes his work in prominent journals and edited volumes. He is the author of the book “Beyond Consent: Revisiting Jurisdiction in Investment Treaty Arbitration” (Brill 2021). He runs and edits the website SRB-ICT, which monitors cases before international courts and tribunals concerning Serbia.

Relja is fluent in English and has a good basic command of French.
