TTTech Computertechnik AG, technology company specialized in robust networked safety controls for automotive, transportation, and energy industries, has increased its shareholding in Novi Sad-based RT-RK to 51.12% by acquiring additional 16.12% of the company’s share capital in a cash-out transaction. RT-RK is a growing IT engineering company, serving customers in Silicon Valley and EMEA.
