BDK Advokati and AmCham Montenegro: Practical implications of the new Act on Registration of Commercial and Other Entities

At an event organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro on 3 March 2026, our Marija Ksenija Popović, associate, and Aleksa Janković, junior associate, together with Ms. Sanja Bojanić, the Head of the Central Registry of Commercial Entities (CRPS), explained practical implications of the new Act on Registration of Commercial and Other Entities in Montenegro. The session provided an in‑depth overview of the key novelties introduced by this new legislation, with a special focus on e‑registration procedure. They also outlined to the audience consisting of the representatives of the largest companies operating in Montenegro mandatory compliance obligations under the new Companies' Act.
