The discussion brought together different perspectives on exits, from large private equity funds to investment banking and advisory, as well as the real-life experience of an investor and entrepreneur.
Panellists discussed what exits really look like today in a market that is more selective, more complex, and less predictable than it used to be. They covered structuring, valuations, holding periods, and success stories, while also exploring the personal and psychological factors that often play a decisive role in these processes.
The discussion ended on a positive note: despite the challenges and market headwinds, the M&A market remains remarkably resilient, with strong activity and plenty of opportunities for investors and companies considering an exit.
