BDK Advokati has contributed the Serbia chapter to the 2024 edition of Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Data Protection & Privacy (July 2023). The chapter presents the regulatory frameworks under Serbian data protection law, which has been in effect since August 2019. The law is modelled after the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
