Vladimir Dašić, Dragoljub Cibulić and Luka Popović participated at the 9th Balkan Legal Forum, also known as “The Forum of Professional Friends“, held in Vienna on 27-28 June.
BDK’s Senior Partner Vladimir Dašić spoke at the M&A Process session, discussing how can lawyers guide the M&A process to address buyers’ / investors’ biggest worries. The session was chaired by Hugh Owen from Allen & Overy and in addition to Vladimir two other members of SEE Legal participated at the panel, Mr. Polenak of Polenak Law Firm and Bojana Bošnjak-London of Marić & Co.
