We are happy to announce promotions of three of our senior associates into counsels: Dragoljub Sretenović, Bisera Andrijašević and Tomislav Popović. We are equally glad to announce that our collegue Dijana Pejić Šinik, independent attorney at law from Banja Luka working in cooperation with our firm, has risen to the professional level of senior associate.
In BDK Advokati, the position of counsel is equivalent to partner in terms of the lawyer’s expertise. All counsels are eligible for partnership.

Dragoljub Sretenović has 8 years of experience advising banks and corporate borrowers on acquisition and project financing deals across all jurisdictions covered by BDK Advokati. He also has expertise in insurance, banking and payment services regulations.
Bisera Andrijašević is an expert on competition and state aid law and pharma law and regulations, with 10 years of relevant experience. She is advising clients in all BDK jurisdictions. She leads BDK’s LSH practice.
Tomislav Popović has 17 years of professional experience in multiple areas of law. His fields of expertise are corporate law, M&A, commercial law, capital markets, taxation (corporate and international taxation, personal taxation, VAT, tax dispute resolution), insolvency and restructuring.
Dijana Pejić Šinik is an independent attorney of law qualified in Bosnia and Herzegovina with 10 years of relevant experience. She has been advising BDK clients under the laws and regulations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and supporting them on transactions in that country.
