BDK Advokati is proud to announce that, for the second year in a row, a deal we advised on is recognized as Serbian deal of the year by CEE Legal Matters, a magazine that covers legal industry in Central and Eastern Europe. This time, Coca Cola HBC’s acquisition of Bambi has been voted the most prestigious transaction in Serbia for 2019.
This award recognizes the effort of our M&A team who led the project, as well as other departments who made significant contributions to the real estate, IP, competition, employment and financial aspects of the deal.
According to CEE Legal Matters, the award ceremony will be held in October 2020.
