BDK Advokati/Attorneys at Law has advised private equity fund Blue Sea Capital on its acquisition of Milos Klinika, a leading ophthalmology clinic based in Belgrade, Serbia. After creating the MediGroup platform, Blue Sea Capital decided to strengthen its operations by this acquisition.
The BDK team was led by Vladimir Dašić, Senior Partner heading the M&A practice, supported by Associate Tanja Vasić and Senior Assocaite Ana Jankov.
