BDK is pleased to announce that Dragan Demirović has joined the firm as Head of Tax Practice. Dragan joins us from Deloitte, where he worked for four years as a senior tax consultant in direct taxation practice. His professional experience also includes three years at Serbian Telekom as the head of the firm’s internal affairs department.
Dragan holds an LL.M. and a PhD in financial law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade. He has published articles on financial and corporate law in reputable professional publications and has been a lecturer at tax specialization course at the Belgrade Faculty of Law. He has also given a number of seminars on transfer pricing.
Dragan is a member of the Serbian Bar Association, the Serbian Fiscal Association and the International Fiscal Association. Besides his native Serbian, he is fluent in English.
Dragan’s appointment reflects growth of BDK’s tax practice and strong commitment to delivering reliable expert services to international and local clients alike.
