Our partner Bogdan Ivanišević spoke for Nova Ekonomija on the proposal of the Protection of Trade Secrets Act. Serbian parliament subsequently adopted the law, on 27 May 2021.
Bogdan noted that the proposal of the new law introduces numerous novelties in Serbian legal framework, aimed at strengthening the legal protection of trade secrets. He pointed out that the new law can be considered “pro-business”.
