Entec Evotec AS, a leading Norwegian provider of advanced handling systems for the maritime and industrial sectors — including subsea, offshore, wind, fisheries, aquaculture, seismic, and research, signed an agreement on Friday, 23 May 2025, to acquire Fortaco d.o.o. Gruža, the Serbian subsidiary of Fortaco Group, which is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
Established in 2014, Fortaco Gruža operates a 10,000 m² facility and employs approximately 90 skilled professionals. The team specializes in manufacturing winches, cranes, A-frames, Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS), and other high-performance equipment for clients in the global maritime and energy sectors.
