BDK Advokati acted as legal counsel to French company HillMetrics in its acquisition of Bild Studio, a Montenegrin IT company with expertise in the design and development of web and mobile applications and the implementation of generative AI solutions. HillMetrics acquired 100% of the shares in Bild Studio as part of its strategy to consolidate its position in the financial analysis and data management solutions market, and to strengthen its ambition to become a leading player in software engineering and data intelligence.
