BDK Advokati in cooperation with AmCham Montenegro held on 21 February 2020 a workshop on the New Labour Act for over 70 participants from Montenegrin companies. The Labour Act came into force on 8 January 2020 and you can read more about it in the article published by BDK Advokati.
Jelena Bogetić, associate in BDK Advokati Podgorica office, led the workshop and spoke about the changes the new act introduces with focus on the new obligations for employers. The workshop was followed by a lively discussion during which participants were mostly interested in changes in definite term employment and systematization act.
