New Serbian VBER

As of 28 March 2026, Serbia has a new Decree on Categories of Vertical Agreements Exempted from the Prohibition of Restrictive Agreements ("New Serbian VBER"). New Serbian VBER harmonizes the Serbian vertical block exemption regime with EU Vertical Block Exemption Regulation 2022 ("EU VBER 2022").

The table below outlines the principal differences between the two instruments. These differences do not affect the overall conclusion that Serbian New VBER is, in substance, aligned with its EU counterpart.
