BDK Advokati has contributed the Serbia chapter to the 2025 edition of Lexology Panoramic – Data Protection & Privacy (July 2024). The chapter presents the regulatory framework under Serbian data protection law, which has been in effect since August 2019. The law is modelled after the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
