BOSQAR INVEST and its partners invested EUR 100 million for a 67% indirect stake in Mlinar Group, with BOSQAR acquiring an immediate 50.1% stake. MidEuropa Partners will reinvest its remaining stake and continue supporting the newly formed group in its expansion. This investment expands BOSQAR’s Future Food vertical, established earlier this year with the investment in Skupina Panvita.
BDK Advokati, along with Mamić Perić Reberski Rimac, assisted BOSQAR INVEST in relation to Serbian aspects of the transaction which includes the well-known chain of bakeries Hleb & Kifle.
