Our construction law partner Milan Dakić participated as a speaker at the XV Belgrade Arbitration Conference. He joined the panel Blueprints for Resolution: Navigating FIDIC Contracts and Construction Arbitration, moderated by Jovan Nikčević (Nikčević Kapor law office). The panel, which also included Chris Seppälä (Seppälä Arbitration), Sally Kottb (BakerMcKenzie/UAE), and Filip Šušulić (Karanović & Partners), discussed Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Boards (DAABs), time-bar and claim proceedings, and other pertinent topics.
Additionally, we have once again hosted the teams showcasing their performance before lawyers, professors, and arbitrators, in preparation for the 32nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The event brought together talented law students from 30 countries to sharpen their arbitration skills ahead of the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Our colleagues David Vučinić, Milan Popović, Jelena Hrle, Jelena Škorić, and Relja Radović welcomed the participants and actively supported them in preparation for the upcoming competition.
