BDK Advokati has advised Volcano Bet, a leading Montenegrin company in the gambling industry, on the successful acquisition of 100% of the shares in IN Export D.O.O. Kruševac. IN Export, established in 2001 and headquartered in Kruševac, is a licensed operator in Serbia’s gambling sector, employing nearly 300 people and operating a wide network of betting outlets across the country.
Volcano, founded in 1999 in Montenegro as part of Vezuv d.o.o., has grown into a prominent regional brand with operations in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through its Volcano Bet platform, the group offers sports betting, online casino games, and virtual gaming, and is recognized for its user-friendly interface and strong retail presence.
