BDK Advokati advised Blue Sea Cap (BSC), a regional Private Equity firm on the acquisition of 100% of shares in the healthcare Institution Dr Cvjetković, a leading provider of healthcare services in the City of Novi Sad (Serbia). This is the first acquisition by BSC of a healthcare institution outside of Belgrade enabling further growth of their healthcare platform MediGroup.
The closing of the transaction occurred on 14 August 2017. Senior partner Vladimir Dašić and associate Slobodan Trivić, advised BSC in relation to due diligence, negotiations and closing of the SPA while partner Ana Jankov was responsible for the management agreements and transition documents pertaining to the seller who will continue to work in MediGroup.
