BDK Advokati’s partner Milan Dakić, with the support of counsel Tomislav Popović, associate Jelena Zelenbaba, and junior associates Tijana Martinović and David Vučinić, authored the Serbian chapter in the 2021 edition of the Chambers’ Global Practice Guide on Environmental law.
The Serbian chapter gives an overview of the regulatory framework for the environmental sector in Serbia, covering the latest legal information on, among other things, environmental legal framework; environmental incidents, permits and damage; corporate, personal, lender and civil liability; climate change and emissions trading; asbestos; waste; environmental disclosure and information; environmental due diligence; and taxation.
