BDK Advokati hosts the students of the Belgrade Law Faculty ahead of the International and European Tax Moot Court

Tomislav Popović, counsel and head of our tax practice, and Ana Perišić, junior associate, met with Katarina Jaraković and Aleksa Manić, law students at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and members of this year's team competing at the International and European Tax Moot Court to be held at the University of Leuven. The team rehearsed the presentation of their oral pleadings on an interesting and complex international tax law case involving the interpretation of double tax treaties. Katarina and Aleksa received feedback from our colleagues on the substantive tax law arguments, as well as on their presentation style. We are pleased to say that Katarina and Aleksa are ready for the competition. We wish them every success and a great time in Leuven, Belgium!
