DAX40 listed Continental AG and its ContiTech group sector sold its Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) business to US private equity firm Regent. BDK Advokati acted as the local legal counsel to Freshfields as the lead legal counsel on this multijurisdictional deal that involved 16 countries. Our work involved the carve out of OES business and further assistance in vendors due diligence and the local closing mechanism.
