GetSwift, a worldwide leader in delivery management automation headquartered in New York City and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, has acquired a 60% stake in Logo d.o.o., a Serbian information and communications technology firm. Logo d.o.o. operates in the Serbian market for almost 30 years and also provides its services in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia. Some of the Logo’s specialties are network and communication systems, including their own production of the optical cables, data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, InfoSec and infrastructure safety systems, as well as building automation systems.
